The Type SR, SRH, and H High Capacity Safety Relief Valves are built to comply with Section VIII of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and ANSI/ASHRAE 15 standards. Each valve carries the ASME Code Symbol (UV), confirming full certification.

These valves provide overpressure protection for any refrigeration system pressure vessel that can be isolated by shutoff valves. In many regions, local or municipal codes dictate the selection and installation of safety relief devices.
