IRPC currently focuses on serving customers in Canada and the United States. Shipping to other countries may be available depending on the destination and order requirements.

Shipping Methods

Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team will process it within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on the weight and dimensions of your order, the delivery destination and the shipping method selected. When this information is available, an estimated shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Some specialized or oversized parts may not have shipping weights or dimensions listed. If your order includes one of these parts, shipping charges may not appear at checkout. After your order is placed, our team will obtain a delivery quote and contact you with the exact shipping cost for approval. Your order will not be shipped until the delivery cost has been confirmed with you.
Customs and Duties
Orders that cross an international border may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.
Unless otherwise stated, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. IRPC cannot estimate or control these fees. Customs processing may also cause delays that are outside our control and are not included in estimated delivery times.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Generally, orders are delivered within 7 to 30 business days. If you need an order expedited, please contact us to see what can be arranged.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
Damage or Loss in Transit
We are not responsible for any delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier. If you receive a damaged or lost package, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
