Refund policy

At Industrial Refrigeration Parts Canada (IRPC), we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

1. Contact Customer Support: If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item at contact@irpc.ca or call 1-833-799-9229.
2. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately so we can assist you with arranging a replacement or refund. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
3. Approval and Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.

3. Restocking Fees and Return Shipping

• Certain vendors may impose a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee amount will be communicated to you during the return process.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. 

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Electrical components
• Calibration gas
• Special orders
• Items that have been used or altered

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@irpc.ca or call 1-833-799-9229.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@irpc.ca or call 1-833-799-9229.
